Project Manager Roger Lewallen and Foreman Chris Salmon led a crew of 7 to 10 electricians in providing electrical expertise for the conversion of a 165,000 sq-ft barracks in Lackland Building 7065 into a mixed-use, administrative/temporary-residence facility.  The project was completed mid-year in 2008
